Canon Stepper Operating System

Q. What operation system does Canon Stepper use? A. For Canon Stepper FPA-2500 and below, it uses HP1000/RTE-A operating system.  The HP-1000/RTE (HP Product Code: 2171A) is a real-time computer system first produced by Hewlett Packard in 1966 and discontinued in November 2000.
